Patient & Caregiver Information
The diagnosis of a terminal illness is always devastating news, both for patients and their loved ones. Suddenly, the world is turned upside-down.

When they are first diagnosed, many people are determined to fight and not let the illness take control of their lives. While fighting and trying to gain control of the illness may seem like a positive action, sometimes the illness takes over. There is no shame in coming to a point of acceptance of a terminal illness; in fact, quite the contrary is true. Once a patient is comfortable that they have done all that they could in hopes of regaining their health, accepting the inevitable can help patients to make the most of the time they have left, focusing on the quality, rather than quantity of their remaining days. If you choose Hospice it does not mean you are “giving up”. Some people live longer than their original prognosis once their pain and symptoms are under control.

Our personalized care plan will insure that our patients and their families will receive the guidance and compassionate care that they deserve.

Our services are provided in the comfort of the patient’s home, assisted living facility, long term care facility or hospital.
